Better decisions.

Find guidance on equipment, purchasing arrangements, delivery and support. Product-specific details should be confirmed in your offer before purchase.

Choosing equipment

How do I choose compatible equipment?

Start with the application, aircraft model and intended payload or accessory. Check the product's compatibility section and selected configuration. If anything is unclear, ask MIRS to verify the combination before purchase.

Ask about compatibility →
Where can I see what is included?

Look for Package reference on the product or setup page. View all opens the full illustrated list where one is available. Check the exact selected model: regional packages and optional accessories can differ, and the confirmed offer determines the supplied contents.

Does purchasing a drone include permission to operate it?

No. Registration, pilot qualifications, permits and operational approvals depend on your location and intended use. A product listing or delivery assessment does not establish permission to operate.

Prices and enquiries

How is the final price calculated?

A confirmed offer identifies the currency, product price, delivery fee and applicable taxes or duties, including other unavoidable charges. Reference prices and converted display amounts are guidance unless identified as approved MIRS selling prices. Do not assume they are a delivered total.

Can I buy every product online?

A listing does not automatically qualify for direct checkout. Pricing, availability, delivery and after-sales arrangements must be confirmed for the selected setup. Use the available enquiry route if the product cannot proceed to an approved checkout.

Does submitting an enquiry place an order?

No. An enquiry acknowledgement confirms that the request was received. It does not accept a sale or reserve stock. Review the written offer, final package and acceptance instructions before committing to a purchase.

Can I request a fleet or custom setup?

Yes. Include the model, quantity, application and destination in your enquiry. For a mixed setup, add the equipment to your enquiry cart and review the selected lines before submitting.

Delivery and import charges

Can MIRS deliver internationally?

MIRS welcomes equipment enquiries worldwide. We confirm the shipping route, battery transport, customs arrangements and delivery timing in your quotation.

How long does delivery take?

The dispatch and transit estimate depends on availability, the dispatch location and an approved delivery route. Ask for these details in the offer. There is no universal delivery time for every product and country.

Are import duties and taxes included?

Only where the confirmed offer expressly includes them. If Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is agreed for your order, the seller arranges the agreed import clearance, duties and taxes. If charges remain your responsibility, the offer should explain them before purchase. DDP is not automatically available for every route.

Is every product stocked in Singapore?

No stock location should be assumed from a listing. Dispatch location and availability are checked for the selected equipment. Delivery may be arranged directly from the dispatch location to you.

After-sales support and privacy

What should I do about damaged or incorrect equipment?

Contact MIRS with the order reference, product details and relevant photos. Retain the packaging and stop using equipment if a fault could make operation unsafe. Ask for the appropriate return and transport instructions. This process does not restrict applicable legal rights.

Contact MIRS →
What warranty applies to my equipment?

Coverage depends on the product, destination and confirmed service arrangement. The offer should identify the provider, duration, exclusions and claim route before purchase. A protection plan is separate from a product warranty and from statutory rights.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Contact MIRS promptly. Options depend on the agreed terms and whether procurement, configuration, activation or dispatch has begun. Discretionary change-of-mind returns are different from statutory defect claims. The policy drafts do not yet establish a universal return window or fee.
