Manufacturer warranty
- New products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage and length depend on the product and part (for example aircraft, batteries or accessories) and are set by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Your quote names the warranty that applies and any region limits.
- Optional extended cover, such as DJI Care Enterprise, is shown separately where available.
Making a claim. Email mirs@mirs-innov.com with:
- your order number;
- the product and its serial number;
- what happened and when;
- photos, videos, error messages or flight logs if you have them.
We review it, tell you the next step, and send you instructions for packing and shipping the item to the right service centre. Stop using equipment if a fault could make it unsafe.
What happens next. Depending on the manufacturer's assessment, a covered fault is repaired or the item replaced. If the service centre finds the issue isn't covered, we send you a repair quote first. Nothing is charged without your approval.
Usually not covered (the manufacturer's terms decide in each case):
- damage from crashes, water, impact or accidents;
- misuse, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions;
- unauthorised repairs, modifications or software changes;
- normal wear, and consumables such as propellers;
- batteries used or stored outside the manufacturer's guidance.
Shipping for warranty repairs. We pay if the fault is covered; you pay if it isn't.
