Terms of Use and Sale

About these terms. These terms apply when you use mirsstore.com or buy from MIRS Store, operated by MIRS Innovate Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201719166K), Singapore. By sending an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to them.

How buying works

1. You send an enquiry or request a price for the products you need.
2. We confirm the exact package, availability, delivery cost, taxes and duties for your destination, and send you a written quote. A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise.
3. You accept the quote and pay by the secure payment link or invoice we send you.
4. Your order is confirmed when we receive full payment. We then send an order confirmation by email.

Prices

• Singapore: The displayed Singapore price includes 9% GST; any direct order is subject to the final checkout review and payment availability.
• Southeast Asia: Converted display prices are approximate; the written quote states the final selling currency, shipping charge treatment and responsibility for import duties and taxes.
• Rest of the world: Converted display prices are approximate; the written quote states the final selling currency, shipping charge treatment and responsibility for import duties and taxes.
• "Price on request" means we confirm the price in a quote.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before you pay. You may then accept the correct price or cancel.

Product information. Product descriptions, specifications and images are based on manufacturer information. Packages and accessories can vary by market and version. Your quote confirms exactly what is included, and we confirm compatibility with your equipment in writing before you pay.

Payment. Card and other online payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Bank transfer is available on request.

Delivery and risk. Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery to the address on your order.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for following the drone laws in the country where you use the equipment. That includes registration, pilot licences, permits, flight rules and any import permits. We may decline or cancel an order where the destination, end use or end user is restricted by sanctions or export rules, or where we can't deliver lawfully. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Returns and warranty. See our Returns and Refunds policy and our Warranty and Support policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

Liability

• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, data or business.
• We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Your account. Keep access to your email account secure, as sign-in links are sent there. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account.

Website content. Text, images and design on this website belong to MIRS or its licensors. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
