Does it work on any aircraft?
No. It is documented for the Matrice 400 only.
Is it the FlyCart parachute?
No. It is a Matrice 400 accessory and is unrelated to the FlyCart aircraft.
Does fitting it give regulatory approval?
No. Fitting it to an existing Matrice 400 is documented as meeting C5 or UK5 requirements, and C6 or UK6 needs a specific combination. Operator approvals are separate and MIRS gives no approval guarantee.
Does it guarantee safety?
No. It reduces descent rate in an emergency but does not remove the risk of damage or injury.
