Plan your siteFrequently asked questions
What to know about this product.
How is the AIO different from the on-premises software?
The AIO is hardware with the platform pre-installed. The software-only on-premises option is installed on infrastructure you already run. MIRS confirms which fits your site.
Does buying the hardware set the number of devices or users?
No assumption is made. Hardware with pre-installed software does not by itself confirm a licence tier, seat count or device allowance. These are confirmed in the quotation.
Does it work with every DJI aircraft?
No. The platform supports a defined list of aircraft, docks and payloads. MIRS checks the list for your fleet and firmware before quotation.
What does the site need?
Stable power, network connectivity, a suitable location and a maintenance plan. The unit has a 330 W rated power and a recommended operating temperature of 10° to 35° C.
